Richard Potter is the CEO and co-founder of Peak, the AI platform that optimizes product inventory and pricing for companies like Speedy Hire, Nike, Pepsico and PrettyLittleThing. Last year, Peak was listed on Bloomberg’s “Top 25 Start Ups to Watch” list. Prior to Peak, Richard worked for the high-growth semiconductor company Wolfson Microelectronics (now Cirrus Logic), where he ran a product line that supplied chips to Apple, Samsung, Amazon, and Sony.

Toju is a responsible AI program manager at Google. She's responsible for Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA), with over 15 years experience spanning across advertising, retail, not-for-profits and tech. She designs responsible AI programs focused on the development and implementation of ethical AI frameworks amongst Google’s product teams.

Zoe has over a decade of experience in the AI and Decision Intelligence field, and has been part of over 20 product launches in the category during her time with AI pioneers including Peak, AWS and IBM.
Zanang Dangata
Data scientist at Natwest Group
Zanang is a data scientist at NatWest. He has an engineering background and came up through the software engineering graduate scheme before landing in his current position. He is currently in the bank’s climate team, using data to build carbon foot-printing models. These models increase the bank’s green lending and aids its dependants through the transition to net zero.

Paul is a pioneer in democratizing machine learning (ML) applications. For the past 3 years at AWS, Paul served as the Global Segment leader for Applied AI at Amazon Web Services (AWS), on a mission to streamline machine learning applications by developing turnkey AI solutions. Paul recently moved back to Europe to develop and lead an EMEA Partner Solution Factory with the purpose to accelerate adoption of AI/ML, Analytics, IoT, and other cutting-edge Cloud innovations together with a vibrant ecosystem of partners.

Chris has over 10 years’ experience consulting for a broad spectrum of organisations, devising and delivering digital transformation programmes. He leads a non-profit organisation, Intertech, which promotes diversity in technology. He’s been awarded a number of accolades for his advocacy in this area.

Chris is a Technical Specialist at Intel, with expertise across a wide range of domains including Data Denter architectures and technologies, Public and Private Cloud, Storage, and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning. Chris has extensive experience collaborating with all areas of the technology industry in Europe including Enterprises, Cloud Service Providers, Resellers, Distribution, and Independent Software Vendors. Chris has held numerous Sales, Marketing and Technical roles during his 20+ years at Intel and is currently serving as technical lead for Cloud Service Providers and AI/ML in the UK, assisting customers in their use of Intel technologies to enhance their offerings and grow their business and capabilities. Chris holds a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Computer Systems) from Brunel University in London.

Monica has been selected as a Global Champion for Women’s Economic Empowerment by UN Women and has won a WeAreTheCity 2020 Rising Stars award. She sits on the D&I committee at the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).

As a practised cynic, though, he enjoys the challenge of communicating the difference between practical reality, and business’ perception of this golden bullet.

Emma is Data Science Team Lead at Peak. She has worked at Peak for over 18 months, primarily working on inventory management in the manufacturing sector. She has an MSc in Data Science from Lancaster University and many years of experience working in logistics, process improvements and project management roles in the retail and oil industries.

Since joining just over two years ago, Harry has worked on a range of supply chain optimisation problems in the manufacturing space. Before joining Peak he did a Master’s in Computer Science at Durham University, followed by a software engineering graduate scheme.

Since joining in 2021, Josh has worked mainly on problems in the manufacturing space, including supply chain inventory optimisation and real-time quote pricing. Before joining Peak, he completed a PhD in Particle Physics at University College London and has worked as a research scientist studying Bayesian optimisation problems.

Chris is Head of Platform GTM at Peak. He was previously Lead Product Manager, leading the development of the Peak platform and preparing it for wider launch at the end of 2021. Before joining Peak in 2020, Chris was a lead data scientist, leading teams across a number of industries. He has 13 years of experience in data-related roles.

Gerry has worked in tech for 10+ years. He now heads up Peak’s partnership with Snowflake globally, as well as strategy and execution for all partners in EMEA.
